What is Airwaves?
Airwaves is a community brand primarily intersecting at surf, web streaming and content creation.
How long has Airwaves existed?
Airwaves has operated under its current name since 2022.
How did the Airwaves Item Shop come about?
This is the culmination of years of research on how to effectively allow valued members of the community to support content creators, while also exploring the field of ecommerce. As much as everyone wished this came sooner, it was decided to launch at an important milestone, TSC's 1 year Twitch affiliate anniversary .
Is Airwaves recruiting additional staff?.
We will begin recruiting during the Spring. All prospective applicants must be members of the Airwaves Discord server to be considered. Check the career opportunities page for more information.
Item Shop FAQ
How are digital goods delivered?
Digital Goods will be sent with invoices/receipts after checkout. These will be coming from Fourthwall, which hosts this Site and Item Shop.
Are there any plans for physical merchandise?
This is also being researched. If anything, this will be announced in a Blog post and in the Airwaves Discord server.
How will returns of physical merchandise be handled?
these will be governed by Fourthwall's return policy. (NOTE: purchases of Digital goods are not refundable, sales on said category are final)
